At WTA Energy, we recognise our responsibility as a global leader in freight forwarding and logistics to embed sustainable and ethical practices across our operations. We are committed to proactively reducing our environmental impact, positively influencing communities, and ensuring strong governance practices.
1. Environmental Responsibility
WTA Energy is committed to substantially reducing environmental impact by partnering closely with our service providers to ensure sustainability throughout the supply chain.
Our Commitments:
Carbon Emission Reduction:
- Achieve net-zero carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3) by 2040, with measurable interim targets.
- Collaborate exclusively with transport and logistics providers committed to reducing emissions, prioritising those with modern, fuel-efficient fleets and alternative fuel initiatives.
- Provide annual transparent reporting of our carbon emissions aligned with the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 standards.
Sustainable Procurement and Partnerships:
- Actively engage logistics partners who demonstrate commitment to renewable energy use and sustainable practices.
- Promote environmentally responsible practices within our supply chain, including waste minimisation, sustainable packaging, and recycling initiatives.
- Provide annual transparent reporting of our carbon emissions aligned with the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 standards.
Resource Management:
- Achieve zero office waste to landfill by 2030 through comprehensive recycling and responsible waste management.
- Implement energy-efficient practices and increase use of renewable energy in office facilities, targeting at least 75% renewable energy use by 2030.

- Transparent reporting of ESG metrics aligned with globally recognised standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Integrity and Compliance:
- Strict adherence to anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws.
- Provide regular compliance training and clear whistleblowing channels, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in addressing ethical concerns.
Responsible Supply Chain:
- Maintain and enforce a robust supplier code of conduct, ensuring ESG alignment among our logistics providers through regular assessments and audits.
Risk Management and Accountability:
- Integrate ESG criteria into our corporate risk management and decision-making processes.
- Undertake regular third-party audits to validate ESG performance and continuously improve our operational standards.
